Elbert was extremely helpful in answering all of my buyers questions and concerns. His eye to detail saved my buyers from a costly situation. He took time to educate us on the inspection process and findings and even provided my buyer with a free Red Flag check on another property they were considering. I would recommend all buyers agents and future home owners to call him first when looking for a quality affordable inspection.

Our inspector EJ was incredible! He was so detailed with his inspection and you can tell he has a true passion for what he does which is very refreshing to see. I got the report the same day as the inspection as well. EJ was very professional and patient. He took his time to make sure I understand what all was broken. He did a very thorough job and took pictures and videos that helped immensely! Im very impressed with him.

EJ was most amazing !!! We've never had to do an inspection but this young fellow made it fun with clear and easy to understand. Most of all he ( I believe) was very honest! Great customer service!!
