What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Clients can call me anytime for a free red flag check. If there is a concern you have about a property give me a call, take a picture and I will give you an opinion for free.

I also will make a trip to the property for a small trip fee to address any red flag concerns. Once you have decided to move forward, we can set a date for a thorough professional inspection.

We work with sellers, buyers, new home owners, new builds, banks, insurance companies, developers and investors.

Several years ago I began my inspection career in commercial and Real Estate insurance inspections.

I would often speak to the new home owners during the insurance inspection and learn that their hired home inspector missed very important hazards. I realized how important it is for home owners to receive a thorough and professional home inspection.

It became my duty to become an International and Texas licensed inspector.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Will the inspector allow the client to be present during the inspection?

We welcome buyers, agents and sellers to attend the commercial or home inspection. We do not cut corners and want to make sure there is a clear understanding of the findings. Any inspector can take photos and run it through software, but we pride ourselves on the personal and professional support we provide each of our clients. We extend the same standards for our Pest Control treatments.
