Elbert J. Allen, Chief Inspector and Instructor for Building Inspectors of Ghana, brings over 10 years of experience in quality home and construction inspections. He holds more than 12 international inspection certifications and designations, making him one of the most highly qualified inspectors serving Texas clients.

Originally based in Texas, Elbert relocated his family to Ghana two years ago, where he launched the country’s first internationally certified inspection firm and training school. Now, he continues to serve the Texas market with the same passion, precision, and dedication that have defined his career worldwide.

Elbert often reminds clients with a simple question:
